The Nantucket watch reinterprets the iconic “Anchor Chain” an Haute Joaillerie creation.

Issued from the same lineage, Cape Cod and Nantucket watches were both born in 1991 from free-spirited sketching by Henri d’Origny, who was supposed to design a square watch. The respective results were a «a square in a rectangle» and «a rectangle in a rectangle». Each in its own way, these contemporaries spring to life within the «Anchor Chain» motif conceived by Robert Dumas in 1938 and whose half-links form the case.

In a sparkling jewellery interpretation, its slender, full-set slim rectangular case flows into a supple chain bracelet composed of interlacing snow-set links. At its heart lies the dial swept over by slender hands sparkles with a hundred or so diamonds in varying shapes and sizes.

This silhouette is resplendent with nearly 1,500 diamonds, carefully selected and patiently juxtaposed to cover every part of this exquisitely dainty and precious jewellery watch.
