In full agreement with its partner, La Montre Hermès SA announces the acquisition of the entire share capital of Joseph Erard Holding
La Montre Hermès SA was already the major shareholder of Joseph Erard Holding since April 2013. In September 2011 La Montre Hermès had acquired the 32.5% stake in the company. Situated in Le Noirmont, in the Jura district (Switzerland), Joseph Erard is specialized in the production of top of the range watch cases.
For the Hermès group, this operation is part of its ongoing process in mastering its watchmaking expertise.
